Method 1: Adding a Channel Partner via the Add Lead Form

1. Navigate to the Leads Section

  • On the workboard, locate the Add Lead Button.
  • Click on the Add Lead button to open the lead creation form.

2. Add Channel Partner to Lead

  • Enter the relevant information for the new lead, such as the lead name, contact details, and other necessary fields.
  • Choose already created 'Channel Partner' from the dropdown.
  • Review all the details and click on the 'Add Lead' button to create the lead with the associated Channel Partner.

Method 2: Adding a Channel Partner from the Lead Detail View

1. Find the Lead to add the Channel Partner

  • Use the search bar given on the workboard window to search the Lead Title.
  • Click on it and it will redirect to the Detail Page.

  • Browse from the workboard, and click on the respective Lead to add a Channel Partner.
  • It will redirect to its Detail Page.

2. Add Channel Partner to the Lead

  • In the Lead Detail view, scroll down and choose the already created 'Channel Partner' from the dropdown.
  • After choosing, click on the 'Save' button to update the lead with the associated channel partner.
