The Lead Won Checklist in SalesTown CRM helps ensure that all necessary tasks are completed once a lead is marked as "Won." This feature helps streamline post-sale processes and ensures consistency in managing won leads. Step-by-Step Guide to Manage the  Lead Won Checklist

1. Navigate to Lost Won Check Settings

  • From the main dashboard, locate the Essentials< Settings tab in the main menu or navigation panel.
  • Click on Settings to open the settings page.
  • In the settings page, find and click on the Tools< Lead Won Check option.
  • This will open the ManageWon Check window.

2. Create a New Check for Lead Won

  • Click on the Add Check button to create a new checklist.
  • Choose the respective Pipeline into which you want to add a check for Lead Won.
  • Then enter the name for the check in the Check Name field.
  • Click on the Save button to add the respective check.

3. Duplicating the check

  • Click on the three dots given next to the pipeline on which the check has been created.
  • Click on the Duplicate checklist option and a pop-up form will appear.
  • Choose the respective pipeline and click on the Save button.
  • The Duplicate check will be created on the New Pipeline.

4. Edit or Delete an Existing Check

  • On the Lead Won Checklist management page, find the checklist you want to edit.
  • Click on the three dots given next to the pipeline and then click on the Manage Checklist option.
  • A pop-up will appear. Make the necessary changes to the checklist items or names.
  • In case to delete a check, then click on the Save button to apply the changes.

5. Utilize Lead Won Checklist

  • Navigate to the lead you want to mark as "Won" in the Lead Detail view.
  • Click on the Won button at the top right corner of the lead Detail view.
  • A pop-up window will appear showing the Won Details to Enter along with the checklist items that need to be completed.
  • Each item can be checked off as it is completed, ensuring all post-sale tasks are performed.

6. Track Checklist Progress

  • You can track the progress of the checklist from the Lead detail view.
  • All checklist items and their statuses will be displayed in an All log section, allowing you to monitor the completion of each task.
