Follow these steps to customize your lead view in the SalesTown CRM workboard.

Step-by-Step Guide to customize the Lead Tile View (Cards)in a Workboard

1. Navigate to Manage Workboard Settings

  • From the main dashboard, locate the Essentials< Settings tab in the main menu or navigation panel.
  • Click on Settings to open the settings page.
  • In the settings page, find and click on the Tools< Manage Workboard option.
  • This will open the Manage Workboard window.

2. Customize Lead View

  • A customization panel will appear with all fields, allowing you to select which fields you want to display in the lead tile view.
  • ON or OFF the switch  next to the field names to include or exclude them from the view.
  • Common fields include Lead Title, Organization Name, Contact Person, Lead Value, Contact Email, Contact Phone, Lead Owner Icon and Activity icon.
  • When switching, the preview will be shown on the right side.
  • In case, you want to choose the No. of leads  visibility in each stage. Enter the Number into the field given.
  • In Order to set the new lead added to be appeared on the Top in every stage. Choose Added first from the dropdown, otherwise default order will be selected. 
  • Once you have selected and arranged the fields, click on the Update button to save your customization.

  1. Consistency:

    • Ensure consistency in field names and arrangements across different views and user roles for better data management and user experience.
  2. User Permissions:

    • Only authorized users should have access to customized lead views to maintain data integrity and consistency.
