By using filters, you can sort and view activities based on their status, due dates, and assigned users, ensuring no follow-up is missed. In SalesTown CRM, managing activities efficiently is crucial for maintaining productivity and ensuring timely follow-ups.
This guide will show you how to check overdue activities using various filters such as activity status, activity purpose, date filters, and user-wise filters from the Activity Page.

Accessing the Activity Page

Once logged in, you will be directed to the workboard.

In the main menu or navigation panel, click on the Activity menu.

Applying Below Filters
On the Activity Page, you will find various filter options at the top panel.
- Locate & Apply Filters Based on the Activity Status
Choose and click on the desired status button to apply-

Overdue: Activities that are already due but not marked as completed.

Done: Completed activities.
-
Upcoming: Activities that are yet to be completed or upcoming.

Assigned: Activities that are assigned to users but not yet started.
- Locate & Apply Filters Based on Activity Purpose
Choose and click on the desired status button to apply-

Any Custom Purpose (custom purposes as defined in your CRM settings by your Account Admin).

In the filter options, find the Date or Date Range filter.

You can select predefined ranges like Today, This Week, This Month, or custom date ranges using the calendar.
- Locate & Apply User-wise Filters

In the filter options, find the User dropdown menu.

Choose the user whose activities you want to view.

You can filter by individual users or view activities for all users.

Viewing Filtered Results
- The Activity Page will refresh to display the activities that match the selected filters.
- Overdue activities will be highlighted in red color on the purpose and activity date column accordingly.

Save Filter Settings: If you frequently use the same filters, consider saving the filter settings for quick access in the future.

Sort Activities: Use the sort options to organize the filtered activities by due date, priority, or other criteria.
