Step-by-Step Guide to Export the Contacts with Activities in SalesTown CRM
1. Navigate to Export Setting
- From the main dashboard, locate the Essentials< Settings tab in the main menu or navigation panel.
- Click on Settings to open the settings page.
- In the settings page, find and click on the User Data < Export option.
- This will open the Import page, which includes different modules Tab such as Leads, Organization, Contacts, Seeding, Farming, and Others.
2. Select Export Criteria
- Go to the Others tab by clicking on it.
- The Other Export window will appear along with the below two options to download.
~ Option-1 Contacts with upcoming scheduled activity
~ Option-2 Contacts with all scheduled activity
- Choose and click on the Export button of either option 1 or option 2.
- The system will generate the export file in .csv and .xls format.
3. Download the Files
- Once the export process is complete, a download link will be provided in an Export History tab.
- Click on either .csv or .xls link to save the exported file to your device.
