Exporting Farming (CRR) data in SalesTown CRM allows you to maintain comprehensive records of your Client activities and client interactions. Step-by-Step Guide to Export the Farming (CRR) in SalesTown CRM

1. Navigate to Export Setting

  • From the main dashboard, locate the Essentials< Settings tab in the main menu or navigation panel.
  • Click on Settings to open the settings page.
  • In the settings page, find and click on the User Data < Export option.
  • This will open the Import page, which includes different modules Tab such as Leads, Organization, Contacts, Seeding, Farming, and Others.

2. Select Export Criteria

  • Go to the Farming tab by clicking on it. The  Farming Export window will appear.
  • Choose the respective Farming Contact type ( All Farming Contacts, Contacts with Multiple Orders, Contacts with No Reorder), and Users from the dropdown given to export the particular data.
  • Click on the Export Farming button.
  • The system will generate the export file in .csv and .xls format.

3. Download the File

  • Once the export process is complete, a download link will be provided in an Export History tab.
  • Click on either .csv or .xls  link to save the exported file to your device.

  • Data Accuracy: Ensure your data is accurate and complete before importing to avoid errors or data loss.
  • Field Mapping: Pay close attention to field mapping during import to ensure data integrity.
