Guide to Add a Channel Partner
1. Navigate to the Channel Partner Section
- From the main dashboard, locate the Essentials< Channel Partner tab in the main menu or navigation panel.
- This will open the Channel Partner List page.
- Click on the "Add Channel Partner" button at the page's top-right corner.
2. Add a New Channel Partner by filling in the details
Organization Name | Enter the channel partner's organization name |
Name | Enter the channel partner's name |
Description | Provide a detailed description of the Channel Partner |
Enter the email of the Channel Partner | |
Phone no. | Enter the phone no. of the Channel Partner |
Address | Enter the address of the Channel Partner which includes address line, country, state, city, and pin code. |
- Once all the details are filled in, click the "Save" button to add the channel partner to your CRM database.

1. Locate the Channel Partner
- From the main dashboard, locate the Essentials< Channel Partner tab in the main menu or navigation panel.
- This will open the Channel Partner List page.
2. Select the Channel Partner to Edit
- Browse through the Channel Partner list or use the search bar to find the Channel Partner you want to edit.
- Click on it and it will redirect to the Channel Partner Detail Page.
To Edit:
- Click on the edit icon (pencil icon) given next to the respective field you want to edit.
- Update the necessary fields with the new information.
- Once you have made the desired changes, click the “Save” button to update the Channel Partner’s details.
To Delete:
- Click on the three dots of the respective Channel Partner you want to delete.
- A dropdown will appear. Click on the Delete Channel Partner option.
- A confirmation dialog will appear, asking you to confirm the deletion.
- Click OK to delete the Channel Partner.
Deleting a product is a permanent action and cannot be undone. Ensure that you double-check before confirming the deletion.
