Automating notifications for seeding activities in SalesTown CRM helps maintain timely communication with prospects and ensures no touchpoints are missed. This guide will walk you through the steps to set up automatic notifications for seeding, including selecting the type of trigger, configuring the message details, and setting the trigger timing.

Configure Seeding Auto Notification

1. Navigate to Seeding Notification Settings

  • From the main dashboard, locate the Essentials< Settings tab in the main menu or navigation panel.
  • Click on Settings to open the settings page.
  • Find and click on the Tools< Seeding Notification option on the settings page.
  • This will open the Seeding Notification Settings page.

 2.  Select the Trigger Type

  • Send Email:
    • Choose the send Email trigger option by clicking on the checkbox.
    • Then enter the subject of the email.
    • Write the email body, including SalesTown attributes (such as name, email, phone, company, etc.) to personalize the message.
    • In case want to send an attachment as well. Click on the Add attachment link.
    • Upload the respective attachment.
  • Send WhatsApp:
    • Select an approved WhatsApp template to ensure compliance with messaging standards.
  • Send SMS:
    • Choose an approved SMS template to quickly set up and send concise messages.
  • Then click on the Save button.
  • After choosing, the rule will be created and shown in list form with edit and delete options in it.

Alerts and Notifications

  • Notification Timing:
    • Be mindful of the timing of your notifications to avoid overwhelming recipients with too many messages.
    • Consider the urgency and relevance of the notification when setting the trigger time.
