Step-by-Step Guide 

1: Access the  Lead

  • On the Workboard window, find and click on the lead to which you want to add a follower.

  • A detailed view of the selected lead will appear.

 

2: Locate the Followers Section

  • In the Lead detail view, scroll down to the bottom in the right sidebar to navigate to the Followers section.

 

3: Add a Follower

  • In the Followers section, click on the Change Follower button option.

  • A dropdown menu will appear with a list of users and a checkbox in front of each.

  • Select one or more users from the list you want to add as followers by clicking the checkbox

  • After selecting the users, click the Submit button to confirm the addition.

  • The selected users will now be listed as followers of the lead and can add notes, and activities or edit the info.
