𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲: 1. Contact Name, Organization, and Title are mandatory in the given template. 2. In case of adding a lead for another user, the user's full name should be added in the Owner field. If the Owner field is empty or the name does not match with any user, the lead will be assigned to the user importing the lead. 3. If a contact's name and email or phone number are matched with existing contacts, those Leads can be merged manually. 4. For the custom column first put the column ID in the top row (first row) after the owner column and then add column data like another field. You can add up to 8 new columns for the Customize field. You can get a custom field ID from the Customize field setting page. 5. Imported leads can be merged if the duplicate date is present by clicking on merge duplicate leads at the time of importing.
