- From the Workboard, open the respective Pipeline. In the Leads section, you can view a list of all your leads.
- Search for the particular lead, you want to mark as "Won" or "Lost".
2. Select and Drag the Lead
- Click and hold the lead, then drag it to the options appearing at the top of the lead panel
- Drop the lead into the respective option: "Won" or "Lost".
For "Won" Leads:
- A form will appear with three non-mandatory fields: "Lead Value", "Won Value" and "Discount".
- Here, the Lead Value will be the auto-fetched value entered at the time of creating the Lead.
- Enter the won value and any applicable discount.
- Click the Submit button to Won the Lead
For "Lost" Leads:
- A form will appear with two non-mandatory fields: "Lost Reason" and "Comments".
- Enter the reason for the loss and any additional comments.
- Click the Submit button to update the Lost.
